On Friday April 13 and Saturday April 14, Theatre West will put on its production of Almost, Maine. As a drama, it is different than many other West productions and has a small cast. Almost, Maine takes the audience through the lives of couples and friends from a small town. In some cases romance blooms and in others, it ends. The small, yet prominent cast includes students highlighted in other West productions but also features new students and others who have played minor roles.

After a brief conversation, characters Steve and Marvalyn share a kiss in hopes of proving to Steve that love does not hurt and girls should not be feared. Before the show, make-up artists get the cast prepped and ready.

Characters Pete and Ginette are the awkward couple of Almost, Maine. Here, they sit together silently after saying "I love you."

The character, Glory, visits Almost, Maine to pay respects to her dead husband by seeing the Norther Lights.
