Spirit week culminates with Clash of the Classes decorating competition

West students were busy decorating classrooms on Friday (4/13) before school. Each grade took over one classroom and decorated it, trying to outdo the other grades and win the Clash of the Classes competition. Seniors decorated Frese’s room to look like the jungle, juniors had a beach day in Hartwig’s room, sophomores used glowsticks to make a dance party in Johnson’s room, and the freshmen covered McNair’s room with Hawkeye decorations. The winner of the competition will be decided by a team of teacher judges and announced after school. Follow us on twitter @wsspaper to see the announcement of the winner.
