Student Senate shows appreciation for teachers

Vicky Zhu '13 organizes Student Senate's gifts for distribution to teachers. Teacher Appreciation Week took place May 7th through the 11th in 2012. Student Senate delivered gifts to teachers on Tuesday, May 8th.

 

All across the country, students have been honoring their teachers as part of the national teacher appreciation week that took place May 7th through the 11th. West High student senate took part in the fesitivities on Tuesday, delivering flower pens with notes reading “Thanks for helping our education bloom.” The pens were made by the entire senate group during their meeting the week before, and assembled and delivered by the executive board and the volunteer committee.
