West Side Story: How would you describe your style?

Allye Boardman ’15: I like to choose and mix and match a lot of different styles like Bohemian and preppy.

WSS: Where do you get your fashion inspiration from?

AB: I enjoy looking at tumblr and celebrities. I especially like Kendall Jenner because she’s not afraid to try new things like mixing patterns.

WSS: Do you have a fashion no-no?

AB: I like to keep things basic, so I don’t really like too many patterns clashing.

WSS: What is your go-to outfit?

AB: I really like skirts and dresses because you can dress them up and down.

WSS: Where do you shop?

AB: I shop at American Eagle a lot, and I do a lot of online shopping, especially at Nordstrom.

WSS: Have your sisters Karley (’11) and Madyson (’13) inspired your style in any way?

AB: I steal clothes from them all of the time to mix with what I like, but I would say that I am more into fashion than they are.

WSS: Do you have any advice for people that are still trying to find their style?

AB: Find someone that you enjoy getting inspiration from, and wear whatever feels comfortable to you.
