Asian Cuisine and Culture Club: green onion pancakes

The WSS catches up with one of West High’s newest clubs, Asian Culture and Cuisine, for an instructional session on how to make this northeastern Asian delicacy.  Asian Culture and Cuisine’s club first official meeting will be on October 9th, where they will explore how to spice up your average bowl of ramen noodles.

  1. 2 1/2 cups white flour
  2. 1 cup warm water
  3. Canola or vegetable oil
  4. Kosher salt
  5. 1 bunch scallions
