iOS 8 has some wonderful features that are easy to miss, but really help with little things. Here are just a few of the best, scroll over each photo to see the feature
Slide down on a notification
to respond from anywhere
Double click the home button
to access your recent contacts
Slide up and hold down the
microphone button to send
a quick audio message
Slide left on a lock screen

Download & open a keyboard app
Then follow its instructions to install
Slide left on a notification
to remove it, or click ‘x’ next to
the name of the app to remove all
of that app’s notifications
Scroll to bottom of the ‘Today’ view
and click edit, to rearrange widgets
Hold down on the camera icon
then release and tap video or photo
to send a quick snapchat-like photo
or video that will disappear after
2 minutes, unless keep is tapped
