“I think I got a lot of freedom when I moved into the role of light’s head. In a lot of other leadership roles, you’re told what to tell people to do and then you tell them. Here, I’m deciding what I need people to do and trying to figure out everybody’s strengths and what they do best at and finding a place where they’ll excel.
