There was a lot to see at the Iowa City Arts Festival, but the multitude of dogs was the highlight.
Artist and food vendors lined the streets of Iowa City during the Arts Festival May 31 through June 2. Along with the art, attendants could marvel at the plethora of dogs that enjoyed the Summer of the Arts event.
