- Add sesame and vegetable oil to a pot over medium heat.
- Saute the onions and green onions until soft.
- Add kimchi and cook until fragrant.
- Add gochujang and fry until slightly caramelized.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Add garlic and other seasonings.
- Add soft tofu and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add egg approximately 4 minutes before serving.
