Is there something strange in your neighborhood? Hopefully it isn’t the colors red and green spread everywhere; that season doesn’t need to start any sooner. Thankfully families around Iowa City have not decorated their homes with bright green and red colors yet, but they have been decked in boughs of spider webs. If you step outside the door, you are greeted with spooks of all kinds. Whether or not you celebrate the holiday, houses in Iowa City are sure to delight with their Halloween decorations.
