The West High varsity boys basketball team played Dubuque Hempstead on Friday, December 9th. The game was close, with 19-13 at the end of the first quarter, 31-24 at half, and only leading by one (41-40) at the end of the third quarter. The boys pulled through and ended the game with a six point lead at 61-55.
