Beloved former West High choir teacher Jeff Knutson may now be in Waukee, but that doesn’t mean you should mistrust the man who has filled in his position. Luigi Enriquez, a recent graduate of Luther College, brings great energy and a genuine appreciation for what he does to the table. We sat down with Enriquez and David Haas, the head choir director at West, to learn more about this teacher and the process of how he became a teacher at West.
