AD REQUIREMENTS:
-All ads must be high resolution (300 dpi) 
–1/8 page ads must be horizontal, 3.7 inches W x 2.375 inches H
–1/4 page ads must be vertical, 3.7 inches W x 4.75 inches H
–1/2  page ads must be horizontal, 7.5 inches W x 4.75 inches H
–Full page ads must be vertical, 7.5 inches W x 9.7 inches H

AD DEADLINES:
-For yearbook ads, our ad deadline is Dec. 1, 2024. Ad space may be available after that date, but is only guaranteed for orders received by that date.
-For newspaper ads, our ad deadlines are listed after each publication date below. Note: if ad space is full, we cannot guarantee running your ad, so the sooner you fill out the contract to reserve space — the better!

• Publication date: Nov. 15, 2024 (ad deadline: Nov. 3)
• Publication date: Jan. 17, 2025 (ad deadline: Jan. 6)
• Publication date: Feb 28, 2025 (ad deadline: Feb. 17)
• Publication date: April 17, 2025 (ad deadline: April 6)
• Publication date: May 30, 2025 (ad deadline: May 19)

READERSHIP:
-We distribute our newspaper for free to all students and faculty at West High and deliver hundreds of copies to local businesses, schools and Free Little Libraries. We also publish all newspaper issues online: issuu.com/westsidestory. According to Google Analytics, wsspaper.com has an average of 6,000 unique monthly users and 36,000 views per month. We sell the yearbook to an average of 54% of students and include copies in the West library and some classrooms.
