The temperature hoovered just above freezing, but the students of West didn’t seem to mind too much. The student came out to support the football team on senior night wearing all pink for breast cancer awareness. The frigid temperatures didn’t seem to bother the Trojans, as they raced past Waterloo East 63-0. Both sides of the ball played a sound game. The offense scored nine touchdowns, with eight different players scoring, and scored quickly leading East 22-0 before the end of the first quarter. The defense earned their first shutout of the season and allowed only 117 yards. To see more pictures from Friday’s game, go http://www.flickr.com/photos/54177336@N07/sets.
