University of Iowa hosts annual homecoming parade
West High students participated in the University of Iowa homecoming parade.
The University of Iowa hosted its annual Homecoming Parade Friday Sept. 30 at 5:45 p.m. The route changed from last year due to street construction, and started on Iowa Avenue. The pep rally and concert were held in front of the Old Capitol, while the Float Judging, Grandstand and Announcer were on the opposite side of Clinton Street. Parade applicants finished their walk at the corner of Jefferson and Gilbert Street.
