Track and field state preview

After winning the state-qualifying meets, both the girls and boys track and field teams are in position to place among the top at the state championships.

Both the girls and boys track and field teams will travel in Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa to compete in the state championships that will take place May 18-20.

At the state-qualifying meet that took place last Thursday, May 11 at City High School, the Women of Troy put down the competition to win with 190 points. Listed below are the state qualifiers from this meet, along with their seeds going into the state championships.
