“Support Trans Lives” rally at the Pentacrest
Community members gathered at the Pentacrest on Thursday, Oct. 25 to support transgender lives.
The “Support Trans Lives” rally, held Thursday, Oct. 25, was in response to the Trump Administration’s attempt to change the definition of sex under Title IX, the civil rights law that prevents gender discrimination. If changed, then discrimination against transgender people would be legal. They would not be able to change their assigned gender in any legal sense.
