Viral Challenges

Are they good or bad?

The Bird Box Challenge

Have you ever been on Netflix and come across a movie called “Bird Box”?  If not, let me fill you in. The story is about creatures that cause humans to kill themselves just by looking at them and must cover their eyes with blindfolds. You either like it or dislike it. What if one day you discovered a real challenge in real life where people reenact the characters from Bird Box by wearing blindfolds and not knowing their surroundings?

Well, allow me to introduce this challenge known as the Bird Box Challenge. Is it dangerous? Yes, it is. No, there aren’t any scary creatures from the film — they aren’t real. A different kind of danger is what’s happening around you when you have a blindfold on. Oftentimes, people can’t see and will end up making one wrong move, resulting in an accident that can result in an injury, it may even be a fatal accident that will cost them their life, thus why the Bird Box challenge is not safe.

             Jump Rope Challenge

Have you ever wondered what other forms of exercise are there?  Well, allow me to introduce you to the Jump Rope challenge. Is it a safe challenge? Yes, it is, but maybe take a break and don’t overwork yourself. This challenge allows you to jump rope for 100 jumps, and it will double each day, increasing your jumps. This can be a good way to exercise and it can be fun at the same time. However, once again don’t overwork yourself, take breaks so you don’t pass out while working out. There are days when you get the chance to rest as well.
