iOS 8 has some wonderful features that are easy to miss, but really help with little things. Here are just a few of the best, scroll over each photo to see the feature

Reply — Slide down on a notification
to respond from anywhere

Contacts — Double click the home button
to access your recent contacts

Audio — Slide up and hold down the
microphone button to send
a quick audio message

Lock Screen Reply — Slide left on a lock screen
notification to respond

Keyboard — Download & open a keyboard app
Then follow its instructions to install

Edit Notifications — Slide left on a notification
to remove it, or click ‘x’ next to
the name of the app to remove all
of that app’s notifications

Edit Widgets — Scroll to bottom of the ‘Today’ view
and click edit, to rearrange widgets

Camera — Hold down on the camera icon
then release and tap video or photo
to send a quick snapchat-like photo
or video that will disappear after
2 minutes, unless keep is tapped
