WSS staffer Tosh Klever ’21 interviewed University of Iowa Office of Sustainability Director Stratis Giannakouros and Program Manager Beth Mackenzie about how the pandemic has changed our environmental impact. They talk about the impacts of energy use, the increase in single-use plastics, switching to online retail, and food waste.
