Spring is a time of colors and fun when the warm weather finally comes after the surprisingly long winter. The recipes that have been picked out embody this with their warm coziness and their country comfort. They are easy to make and simply delicious. You just have to keep an eye on that caramel and make sure to chill those cakes properly before taking off the pan and putting on the icing.
