Ivan Bryson ’24 jumped 17 feet and 11.25 inches. Not quite happy, he said “I could do with some better improvement” when asked about his jump.

As the weather warms up, the boys track and field team hosted their annual Hollingsworth Relays. This year the team placed first with a total of 152 points across all events. This beat out Adel DeSoto Minburn High School at 132 points and Solon High School at 118 points, along with many others. The team also met many blue standards to qualify their runners for the Drake relays April 24-27. They hope this will mark the first of many meets to come this season.
