WEAR AND TEAR. West High’s brick building is shown 50 years after the original construction, still with more construction in the background on Tuesday, March 30. The school was originally built in 1968.

The theme of my photos is simply Black and White. It was tough for me to choose a theme because I knew that I would want to take pictures that wouldn’t match my designated theme. I’ve always liked black and white photos more than ones in color, so I thought I would give it a shot. I am honestly quite happy with all these photos. I definitely will be using the black and white filter more often.
