Social skills vs. AI

Students using AI to write their English easays will backfire.

AI, is it as good as it seems?

Using AI has caused people to take shortcuts and need to learn the skills to write their English essays. Imagine if your bestie told you, you needed to write an elaborate document for their job explaining how they are a great co-worker, you would not have the experience writing documents because you used AI for writing essays. You could risk losing your pay and job, urging you to move to a different position. After all, you are unable to muster up anything because you used AI to get through high school. Not knowing how to write for the future is very important and students are losing that skill with the help of AI.

Though using AI for brainstorming is alright for ideas, using it for more than just getting ideas or answering questions because Google didn’t tell you in that little box so you don’t have to go to a website is detrimental to learning life skills.

Having plagiarism and the use of AI documented on your transcript will make it harder for students to get into the college that they want to get into.  Collages will not accept you for doing that; they would not trust you, making it harder for you to go into the real world. Writing is a very critical skill, and not knowing how to do it won’t turn out well for you.
