West High library reveals “big announcement”
The West High library revealed who the visiting author will be for 2023.

Trojans received an ominous email from the West High Library staff on March 2 with the subject line “Big announcement coming soon”. The email also urged students to follow the West High library Instagram for the big announcement.
“The West High library has big news that we will be sharing soon. Clues and details will be posted first on the West Library Instagram account, so if you are not one of our Insta followers, add us to your list!” stated the email.
The Library announced on March 10 the big announcement will be the visiting author Tiffany Jackson.
Jackson is a New York Times bestselling author of young adult novels. Some of her best-selling works include Monday’s Not Coming, Grown and many more.
She will be at West High on March 27 during second, third and seventh hours.
Students also have the opportunity to apply to be a panelist during her visit, attend her presentations and possibly get the opportunity to have a small group lunch with her.
