West High Robotics brings home two awards

The West High Robotics Team made West High proud, winning two high achieving awards.

The West High robotics team went to competition in Cedar Falls on Saturday, Jan. 21. West was a member of the winning alliance, meaning they were part of the three highest scoring teams overall.

They also won the Inspire Award, which is the highest recognition given at an FTC tournament. This award recognizes excellence in all elements of the competition and team performance, as well as the robot’s success.
