Leah is a senior this year and it is her second year on staff. She serves as a do-all on staff, working as Art Editor, a designer, amature photographer and sports reporter. When she isn’t milling around in the newsroom, she’s most likely to be found throwing discus, managing the wrestling team, or hanging with her squid.

Football players wore stickers on their helmets to commemorate past alum Sargent Tony Bemino `96 who was shot and killed while on duty on Nov.2.

During the football game on Nov. 4, the team draped Tony Beminio's jersey on their bench to remember the fallen alum.

The West High football team held Tony Bemino's old high school jersey during a moment of silence and the National Anthem during Nov. 4's game.
