Iowa City West Speech and Debate won the Simpson STORM novice policy debate tournament from Oct. 3-4 at Simpson College in Indianola.

Chirag Jain ’18/Daniel Burgess ’18 and Annie Chen ’18/Lauren Ernst ’18 were co-champions.

Eman Elsheikh ’18/Maggie Terry ’17 were semifinalists.

Ethan Trekpa ’18/Nathan Tansey ’18 and Hieu Nguyen ’18/Mason Wang ’18 were quarterfinalists.
