Soccer teams fall to City
The girls and boys soccer teams faced off against City on Friday, April 20.
With a record of 0-5 the West girls soccer team faced off against the City High girls soccer team who were 4-1 going into the game. The Women of Troy fell 0-4 in a tough game. The West boys soccer team went up against a 6-1 City High boys soccer team. In a nail-biter the Trojans lost 1-2. Next week, the boys will host Cedar Rapids Jefferson on Tuesday, April 24 and Cedar Falls on Thursday, April 26 both games will start at 6:45 pm. The Women of Troy will host Cedar Rapids Prairie on Tuesday, May 1 and Waterloo East on Friday, May 4 both games will start at 6:45 pm.
