The Iowa City West High jazz bands and ensembles entertained a plethora of adults on December 10th. The audiance dined on a collection of assorted goodies, donated by band parents to earn money for the West High band program. Accompanying the West High Symphonic Jazz Band and Jazz Ensemble were Julliard alumnus Jonathan Batiste, and current Julliard student Joe Saylor. The night was a cacophony of sights and sounds that had participants and viewers alike jamming in their seats.
