Meet UNICEF
UNICEF club at West aims to raise money for humanitarian aid around the world.

UNICEF stands for the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund. It is an organization that aims to provide humanitarian aid to children worldwide who might be living in worse situations. This organization exists at our school and it’s called UNICEF club. Ashley Seo ‘23 is the current president of UNICEF. They hold meetings every Wednesday morning at 8:15 am in room 126. Recently, the club just finished their Halloween project. They put boxes in teachers’ classrooms to collect money with an incentive to win something from Pump It Up. Currently, they are brainstorming ideas for their winter project to raise more funds.
