Boys swimming beats City High on senior night

The Trojan Bolts held their senior night Jan. 11, recognizing nine seniors.

At the final home dual meet of the boys swim season and senior night, the Trojans Bolts secured a 93-77 win against cross-town rival City High Jan. 11. 

Before the meet began, the Trojan Bolts recognized nine seniors: Lucia Allgood, Ben Barker, Holden Carter, Dillon Croco, Max Gerke, Rhys Long, Jack Pottebaum, Ben Vogel and Brennen Westphal. The seniors received bouquets of yellow roses in the short ceremony. 

The Trojan Bolts will return to the pool for their last dual meet against Waterloo West at Central Middle School Poo

l Jan. 16. They will also compete in the MVC Varsity Boys Swimming Championships Jan. 20 at Linn-Mar Aquatic Center.
