Highlights

The girls swim team will compete in Marshalltown for the state meet starting Nov.13. Mississippi Valley Conference Divisional Swimmer of the Year and Stanford commit Aurora Roghair ’21 will swim the in 200 and 500 free in hopes of bringing home another state title.  Skip to 7:21 for more about the Trojan Bolt swim team.

The volleyball team found themselves coming into the first round of state regionals hungry for redemption as they faced off with cross-town rival City who swept the Trojans earlier in the year in the Battle for the Spike. Senior McKenna Proud led the team with seven kills and two aces to put the Trojans into the regional semifinals against Liberty.  Skip to 3:09 for more about the Trojan Volleyball team.

Garret Hartwig’s squad ended their season with a record of 6-1 at Pleasant Valley on Nov. 6 after losing 38-24 in the state quarterfinals. Marcus Morgan ’21 ended his Trojan football career after three years of varsity experience with 5,260 career passing yards which is a new school record.
