Take the mochi ice cream out of the freezer and serve.

Take the ice cream and use the dough to cover it up, using the folding method. Then, place in freezer.

Once rolled, use a glass or a circular cookie cutter to cut small circles from the dough. The circle should be big enough to fit about a tablespoon of ice cream.

Using a rolling pin, roll the dough onto a clean surface, covered with potato starch. Parchment paper is recommended.

I figured out that [theater] is what I want to do with my life when I went to Cherubs [at Northwestern] because I did theater all day every day for five weeks straight and I did not get sick of it one bit.
